MEAT WAGON BBQ

I grew up eating old school BBQ in Southside Virginia. By the time I was a teenager I started cooking pork and hogs.
I always enjoyed sitting around a smoker perfecting my BBQ.
I have traveled all across the country sampling different BBQ, but I have always come back to the old school stuff. I have been cooking whole hogs, butts, ribs, and chicken for friends and family over the last 30 years. During that time I've built several smokers, each one bigger and better than the last.
After 35 years of honing my craft, I came up with the perfect old school BBQ recipe. I started a catering company in 2016 specializing in all things BBQ. I do everything from on-site cooking for large outdoor parties and weddings, to drop offs of smaller orders.
My food trailer rig is finally up and running after months of preparation. I had the trailer custom built out of Georgia and I use an ambulance (a meat wagon, if you will) to pull it. And yes, the lights and sirens are fully functional!

My two main smokers "Big Jack" & "Jack Jr." pay homage to my dad who always enjoyed sitting around the smoker contemplating life.

I would love the opportunity to serve you some old school Q. Drop me a line.
